Do I need to edit my theme’s code?
Section titled “Do I need to edit my theme’s code?”No. Everything uses app embeds and blocks, which you manage in the theme editor.
Will it slow my store down?
Section titled “Will it slow my store down?”The app loads its scripts without blocking your page, and reserves space for widgets so your layout stays steady. You can test any store with Google PageSpeed Insights.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
Section titled “Do I need Shopify Plus?”Only for offers on the Checkout page. Everything else works on all plans.
Which pages can show offers?
Section titled “Which pages can show offers?”It depends on the widget. See the summary at the top of each widget page, starting with Upsell & Cross-sell.
Where can I show an offer without a block?
Section titled “Where can I show an offer without a block?”Choose Popup or Popup on page load.
Can I change the words and colours?
Section titled “Can I change the words and colours?”Yes. Use the Translations and Design tabs on an offer, and Customize for the Slide Cart.
Where did Bundle Upsell and Variant Bundle Upsell go?
Section titled “Where did Bundle Upsell and Variant Bundle Upsell go?”They’re temporarily disabled while we update them. Your existing offers are safe and intact, and they’ll be available again once the updates are complete.
