Turn on the app embed

The app embed loads Pro Upsells on your store. Offers can’t appear until it’s on, so do this first.

Turn it on

1. Open the Pro Upsells app and go to the Setup Guide. Or go to Online Store > Themes in your Shopify admin and click Customize.
2. Open App embeds in the theme editor.
3. Turn on Pro Upsells.
4. Click Save.

It works across your whole store, so there’s no per-page setup. To turn it off later, come back to App embeds.

In the app, the App status section on the home page shows each embed as Enabled once it’s on.

Note

The Slide Cart has its own app embed, Pro Upsells: Slide Cart. Turn it on only if you want the Slide Cart. See Set up the Slide Cart.

Warning

The embed is set per theme. If you publish a different theme, turn it on again there.
