Set up Web Push

Web Push sends notifications to shoppers’ browsers, even after they’ve left your store. It’s off until you turn it on.

Turn it on

1. In the app, go to Web Push and open the Settings tab.
2. Turn on Enable web push notifications.
3. Save your settings.

What shoppers see

Shoppers see a small prompt with Allow and Not now. The browser’s own permission request only appears after they click Allow. If they choose Not now, the prompt stays away for a week.

iPhone shoppers

iPhones only allow web notifications from sites added to the home screen. Turn on Show instruction modal in iPhone to show the steps. You can edit its text and colours in iPhone Instructions.
