Live Cart and notifications

The Live Cart tab in Slide Cart Drawer shows active carts on your store, so you can see what shoppers are adding.

Location

The shopper’s country comes from Shopify. Region and city show when the shopper has a shipping address.

Send a notification

Open a cart and choose Send Text Notification or Send Discount Code. It appears in the drawer’s Notifications tab the next time that shopper opens it.

Note

Shopper details like name and email need the customer data agreement on the app’s home page. You’re responsible for using this data lawfully, in line with your store’s privacy policy.
