Send a notification
Send a message to shoppers who allowed notifications. Set up Web Push first if you haven’t.
- Go to Web Push and open the Notifications tab.
- Click Create Notification.
- Enter a Title, Description and Redirect URL. An Image URL is optional.
- Send it.
You can also promote one offer: in an offer list, use Send Notification on that offer.
See results in the Analytics tab.
- Be specific. Say what the offer is and when it ends.
- Link to the exact product or collection, not your home page.
- Send sparingly, because too many notifications lead shoppers to turn them off.
